Bespoke In-school Support

For training to improve classroom practice it needs to be focused on priorities and ensuring impact for learners. We believe it is essential that we work together with school leadership to identify needs and plan a cost effective programme of support and development.

Prior to any training, a consultation session takes place to identify needs, ensuring the training is clearly focused. A follow up meeting takes place after the support to evaluate impact.

The most useful parts were the resources, websites and progression notes. This support will help us look for ways to set up challenge areas and questions.
